Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Planning Manager to oversee and optimize our project planning processes within the transformer sector.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in production planning and project management with a strong understanding of the transformer industry.

Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Engineering Business Administration or a related field; Master s degree preferred.

10 years of experience in planning or project management preferably in the transformer industry.

Strong understanding of production processes and supply chain management.

Proficiency in planning software and tools (e.g.

ERP systems).

Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.

Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective planning strategies to meet production goals and deadlines.

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including engineering manufacturing and supply chain to ensure alignment on project timelines and resource allocation.

Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to address changes or challenges.

Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and optimize workflow processes.

Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies throughout the planning process.

Lead and mentor the planning team to enhance their skills and capabilities.
