Key Responsibilities : - Develop, customize, and maintain Polarion ALM solutions according to client requirements and business needs.

- Configure Polarion modules such as requirements management, test management, issue tracking, and release planning to align with the development lifecycle.

- Design and implement workflows, process automation, and customizations to optimize software development and testing processes.

- Integrate Polarion with other tools in the enterprise software ecosystem (e.g, Jira, Git, Jenkins, etc.

- Provide support for Polarion users, troubleshooting issues and guiding teams through best practices for using the platform.

- Collaborate with QA, business analysts, and project managers to implement enhancements and optimize usage of the Polarion platform.

- Assist in data migration, ensuring smooth transitions between different ALM tools and Polarion.

- Develop and maintain custom scripts, reports, and dashboards within Polarion to improve tracking and visibility.

- Conduct training sessions and create documentation to onboard new users and ensure effective use of the platform.

- Participate in project meetings, offering technical insights and solutions related to ALM, particularly Polarion.

Required Skills & Qualifications : - 3-7 years of hands-on experience working with Polarion ALM or similar ALM tools.

- Proficiency in Polarion customization, including workflows, configurations, and process automations.

- Strong knowledge of application lifecycle management (ALM) processes, including requirements management, test management, and version control.

- Experience integrating Polarion with other enterprise systems (e.g, Jira, Git, Jenkins, etc.

- Familiarity with Polarion SDK for custom development and scripting (e.g, Java, Java Script).

- Strong understanding of software development methodologies (e.g, Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).

- Experience creating and maintaining reports, dashboards, and analytics within Polarion.

- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the Polarion environment.

- Experience with data migration and managing version control and releases within an ALM system.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications : - Polarion ALM Certification or any relevant certification in application lifecycle management.

- Familiarity with cloud-based deployment of Polarion or managing Polarion instances in cloud environments.

- Experience with API integration for data exchange between Polarion and third-party applications.

- Knowledge of Dev Ops practices and tools, and how they integrate with ALM platforms.
