Key Responsibility Areas:
- Deal evaluation: Understanding the industry & Business along with preparation of credit memo including financial model consisting of P&L, Balance Sheet and cash flow statement
- Presentation of the deal to senior management in a power point format
- Look in the disbursement of sanctioned deals while coordinating with internal stakeholders
- Submitting Monthly/ Quarterly Monitoring Reports to the Top Management
- Ensuring timely interest and principal repayments
- Performing market research and competitive analysis for assessment
