What you’ll do

• Providing technical leadership to build, develop, and scale the developer tools and frameworks.
• Collaborating with engineers throughout the organisation to identify opportunities for increasing development velocity and improving product quality.
• Leading the technical design and development of software solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and are delivered on time and within budget.
• Defining technical standards and processes and mentoring team members to ensure they meet these standards.
• Collaborating with product and design teams to understand business needs and ensure technical solutions align with these needs.

What you'll need

Must Haves

• Mastery of at least one high-level programming language such as Java, C++, or GO, with a deep understanding of software development best practices.
• Exceptional analytical skills to effectively solve complex problems and make data-driven decisions.
• Proven leadership and mentorship skills to guide team members and create a collaborative work environment.
• A developer-centric mindset and a passion for building high-quality platforms for other developers
• Proven track record of results as a Principal Engineer level or above at a premier technology company

Good to haves

• Experience into Distributed systems programming,
• In depth knowledge of Unix/Windows
• Understanding of storage fundamentals

Additional

• B Tech/M Tech in Computer Science or equivalent from a reputed college.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Deeply technical with a track record of successful delivery.
