GOOD UNIVERSITY EXAM RESULTS
EFFECTIVE AND RESULT ORIENTED MENTORING
Follow up with Heads of the Department regarding fee collection.
Ensure Compliance to the regulatory and affiliating bodies and Facilitating for inspection by regulatory and affiliating bodies.
Make action plan to improve the performance of the college based on the feedback from the management and from internal and external customers.
Maintenance of teachers ’ data base which provides information on caste, Religion , Gender , paper publication, paper presentation, NET qualified and extra skills.



Qualification: PH.D with Minimum 5 years experience as a Pricipal.
