Responsibilities: Design and develop process jigs and fixtures to optimize production processes.

Collaborate closely with the production team to identify critical processes and enhance them with semiautomatic or automatic solutions.

Implement POKAYOKE systems to improve efficiency and reliability in manual processes.

Identify potential industrial automation partners and develop inhouse machines as needed.

Key Knowledge : Auto CAD Mechanical Fixture Designs PLC Motors Cylinders Requirements Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

Proven experience in designing and implementing manufacturing process improvements.

Proficiency in CAD software for design and analysis.

Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills to work effectively across teams.

Key Knowledge : Auto CAD Mechanical Fixture Designs PLC Motors Cylinders Language : English Hindi Tamil Preferred Skills: Experience with POKAYOKE and lean manufacturing principles.

Knowledge of industrial automation technologies and machine development.

Ability to manage projects from concept through implementation.
