What would the Product Manager be doing in this key role?
Parentune PM will scale parentune transforming the way children are raised

You will scale parentune in line with the vision of being a must-have support for each family. As a Product Manager, you would envision & execute the B2 C Product roadmap based on consumer journey on the PWAP, APP & Site. You would on an ongoing basis, understand key behaviour, challenges and the current gaps for parents. You are keen to have the complete ownership and accountability of your goals and are keen to lead the parentune Product Journey. You would co-curate solutions to support parents and families and convert them into User stories, MVPs, thereby solutions which more parents can rely on.

You would analyse consumer behaviour and activities, create dashboards on tools like Clevertap, Moengage, GA, Heatmaps, metabase, Console and similar others to monitor and iterate the MVPs. You would collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to further improve parentune’s core metrics. You would work closely with the Technology team including the core development and collaborate with the Engineering Manager & SDEs. You would collaborate with tech team especially for sprints, release management, testing plans, A/B testing. You would collaborate with the Parentune Community and Content team to understand the opportunities to improve stickiness of the parents’ base and to improve conversions from freemium to paid subscriptions. You would collaborate with Design, UI/UX on an ongoing basis and other for improving the product’s Usability. You would also work closely with other stakeholders to improve parentune’s organic discovery- SEO, ASO, Partnerships. You would help various teams with user behaviour insights to collaborate and grow the parents’ discovery of parentune across languages and geographies.

You would continue to improve the ease of usage, monetisation, utility and support for parents gaining unassailable preference for parentune, thereby strengthening network effects to be the must-have support for each parent.

To improve the conversion rates of freemium users to premium users
To enhance various funnels & metrics in line with Product goals in close collaboration with team
To improve the conversion rate for onboarding, retention and returning
To analyse user behaviour, A/B test results.
To lead the analytics and consumer insights and convert them into actionable areas
To improve the analytics framework for growth drivers or metrics that require improvements.
To keep growing the customer LTV and grow the Core User base.
To envision a product roadmap in line with the product-led growth strategy.
To benchmark with the best & learn continuously to take the product to being the best globally.
To be the best User story teller and doubt clearance wizard for the Tech team.
To collaborate with Technology, Content, Community & Business closely.

Experience : Should have 2 years of Product Management experience as a Product Manager for a B2 C Mobile APP.

Hiring Process:
Each talent is onboarded through the OTT (Onboarding Top Talent) funnel, which has 4 steps:

First discussion - a mix of Product management & personal attributes (Online)
Time sensitive exercise followed by a discussion- in person
Third discussion with with future Collaborators - in person
Final discussion - in person

Some of these in-person rounds are coupled and done on the same day/visit.

Note: We work alternate Saturday half days.
1st, 3rd Saturday - half day working, 2nd and 4th Saturdays are off.

Ability to work in a highly charged environment, at a goal oriented profitable startup; who can think on their feet, analyse data, understand consumer behaviour and optimise with a growth mindset.
