You must also excel at communicating and influencing others to partner closely with our multi-functional business partnersAs a high functioning individual contributor driving execution, you will work with a highly skilled technical team and collaborate with multiple business partners throughout to ensure integration solutions support the requirements you helped define. You will be responsible for defining and prioritizing technical requirements and acceptance criteria, facilitating communication between the technical team and the project customers, demoing solutions, communicating team status, announcing releases, facilitating requirement modeling sessions, educating customers of the development process, and negotiating priorities, scope, funding, and schedules.Responsibilities:Partner with business and IT teams at all levels to assess, initiate, prioritize, refine, and drive appropriate technology solutions.Contributes to business partner vision at the initiative level, influencing scope and delivery options with feedbackCreates formal networks with key decision makers and serves as external spokesperson for the organizationWorks across IT on key initiatives to evolve the enterprise integration to better serve our internal customers.Looks ahead to identify delivery capacity needs based on roadmap and works with management to address themOwns the delivery of a product roadmap incorporating projects, features and other key initiativesLeads multi-functional initiatives as a delivery component, representing their team's work with a small number of dependencies.Distill requirements on technical topics into written goals and stories without becoming bogged down in the implementation details.Actively participate in architecture and design reviews, able to understand the technical implementation trade-offs to ensure that requirements are not misunderstood or being ignored by a given implementation plan.Serves as a leader in smaller multi-team delivery initiatives, representing multiple customer functions, divisions, and technology suites. Required Skills:Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related subject area, with 8+ yrs related information systems experience and 3+ years in enterprise integration. 4+ years of experience as a Agile Product Owner within the enterprise integration spaceExperience with a variety of ESB and ETL platformsDeep familiarity with SOA (Service Oriented Architecture) concepts and designsSolid background in business process analysis, requirements, and design, as well as data modeling and detailed functional design.Excellent verbal and written communication as well as receptive listening skills, with ability to convey complex ideas in a clear, concise fashion to technical and non-technical audiences.Excellent team player able to work with virtual and global teams.Experience with technologies and platforms, such as Salesforce, Workday, Coupa, Concur, Oracle Financials, Xactly, etc.Salesforce, the Customer Success Platform and world's #1 CRM, empowers companies to connect with their customers in a whole new way.
