Desired Profile: Bachelors Master’s degree in information technology/Computer Science, Engineering (or equivalent) Overall experience 10 - 15 years Experience in developing and managing cloud native digital platforms Experience of executing digital transformation projects, which has significantly influenced the value creation for business. Experience in agile development methods and stakeholder management. Experience in coaching and managing resources allocated to the product Experience in creating product roadmaps, budgeting Experience in architecting and solutioning for public, private and hybrid cloud environments is an added advantage.   Mandatory Skills: Should be able to conceive product ideas, conceptualize them and develop a product based on it.  Ability to analyze the technical aspects, risks, challenges, cost, quality, resources, scope and value proposition of the proposed solutions. Should have owned products based on popular public cloud services. (preferably Azure)  Sound working knowledge of DevOps, IT infrastructure, cloud infrastructure, operating systems, build automation, containerization, container orchestration and database. Should keep abreast with the innovations in the cloud/technology landscape and be able to nurture ideas. Ability to address security, performance, maintainability, scalability, usability, cost and reliability attributes of product being managed.  Understanding of costing models and charge back mechanisms of different cloud services and technology choices.  Experience in developing and sustaining Site Reliability Engineering concepts for digital platforms. Should be able to communicate and convince business owners, architects, engineers and developers to invest in the product. Should be able to aggressively market the digital platform product within the organization. Relentless pursuit of automation and efficiency   Optional Skills: Prior work experience in energy, renewable energy or manufacturing domain. Experience in opensource tools and technologies.  Prior experience as a cloud/solution/infrastructure architect. Prior experience in selling/marketing digital platforms.
