Position: Senior Production Manager
Experience: 12- 18 years
Location: Andhra Pradesh, Sricity
Education: B. Tech – Textile,
CTC: 10 to 13 Lacs
Experience Background: Home Textile, Bed & Bath, Textile Industry.
Key Responsibilities
- To ensure productivity, quality as per standard.
- Achieve OTIF (On time in full).
- To ensure that the daily/monthly targeted production goals are achieved.
- Meet the LSD (Last Shipment Date) in all products produced.
- To ensure waste free, safe & organized work environment and develop Sub-ordinates.
- Knowledge of implementing Good Manufacturing Process, new concepts, ideas, innovation to improve production.
- Production planning for the lines (manpower & machine).
- Giving instruction to the line supervisors
- Line performance analysis (efficiency, man to machine ratio, cost/ pieces) and plan for continuous improvement.
- Discussion with other team members (like merchandiser, fabric manager , cutting team, planning, IE team)
- To strictly follow the SOP for production and preventive maintenance.
- To ensure that Lean Management – Single Line flow is implemented as per company’s goal.
- To ensure that the factory inspection and social compliance policies of various customers are strictly adhered.
- To ensure that all departments are strictly following ERP system.
- Should have experience in home textile production and well versed in production process like, cutting, stuffing, wadding etc.
