Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to oversee the production and project management of creative assets for CyberArk’s in-house Creative Services Team. In this role, you will partner with the Creative Director to manage the end-to-end operational process, from timelines and budgeting to asset tracking during production through delivery in support of our marketing, creative and cross-functional teams. Your approach is strategic and analytical when it comes to bridging competing priorities against various projects. Responsibilities: · Experienced Production Manager to oversee the production and project management of creative assets for marketing campaigns, events, and video production · Partner with the Creative Director to manage the end-to-end operational process, from timelines to asset tracking during production in support of our marketing, creative and cross-functional teams · Manage competing priorities against various clients, projects, and departments · Support marketing campaign deliverables for various platforms and cross-functional stakeholders (Social, Digital, Events etc.). · Serve as the go-to person facilitating alignment between all internal and external vendors · Manage communications between Creative Services and Marketing teams to develop campaign timelines with a clear BOM, messaging stack and target delivery dates · Work with Marketing Ops on budgets, build contingency plans, forecast special needs / requirements for specific requests, and plan out timelines · Manage project milestones and work back schedules for deliverables across marketing, social, paid media, International, cross-functional partners, and creative staff to ensure all campaigns are completed on time and to spec Requirements: · 5 years of experience in project management · Proficiency with MS Office · Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with team members · Good understanding of content management systems · Adaptable and willing to learn new things · Strong communication skills in English is preferred · Self-starter, and detail-oriented, team player with creative problem solving and excellent communication skills · Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
