Engage with parents via Phone Call/ Zoom/Google Meet to understand their child’s learning needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Effectively present program offerings and address queries to drive enrolment and conversions.
Its a revenue-generating or customer-facing role.
Conduct cold calls to prospective leads and maintain a steady pipeline of follow-ups.
Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong presentation skills over virtual platforms like Zoom or Google Meet.
Prior experience in Ed Tech is preferred but not mandatory.
Proven experience in cold calling and handling objections confidently.
