We are seeking a visionary leader to drive the implementation and scaling of the Acharya Vinoba Bhave Shikshak Sahayak Program across multiple districts. This role will serve as a strategic bridge between state leadership and district-level execution, ensuring alignment with program objectives, effective partnerships with government stakeholders, and data-driven improvements through close support of program managers and project officers.
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in education, NGO leadership, or managing large-scale programs, with at least 5 years in leadership roles managing cross-functional teams or multi-district programs. They must be able to collaborate with district administrations, Zilla Parishads & DIET systems and possess a deep commitment to strengthening government schools and transforming education outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive 100% implementation of the Vinoba Program across assigned districts
Build and sustain strong relationships with government officials & key stakeholders
Mentor and guide Program Managers & Project Officers to foster collaboration and ownership
Use data insights to monitor program effectiveness and support continuous improvement
