Position: Project Coordinator - Infrastructure Applications
Location: GCorp, GB Road, Thane West

Our client is seeking a dynamic and proficient Project Coordinator with a strong foundation in IT Infrastructure projects and an in-depth knowledge of ITIL processes, Cloud Technologies (primarily Azure), Active Directory, SCCM, and Office 365. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and a deep understanding of business requirements. The role demands excellence in email communication and verbal interactions with the business to grasp and respond to their needs effectively.

Key Qualifications

Experience 2-3 years in IT infrastructure or related fields with a focus on Cloud Technologies, AD, and SCCM.
Education Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Certifications ITIL Foundation (preferred).
Technical Skills Expertise in Azure Cloud Services, Active Directory, SCCM, IAM, Azure AD, Office 365, and a solid understanding of ITSM processes.
Communication Skills Exceptional email and verbal communication abilities.
Must be proficient in engaging with business stakeholders to understand and articulate their requirements accurately.
Problem-Solving Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the capacity to address technical issues swiftly.
