We are seeking an experienced Quality Engineering Lead with expertise in automation, Agentic AI, and release management. The role focuses on delivering high-quality solutions across e Commerce and retail platforms by embedding intelligent automation and AI-driven quality practices into the software development lifecycle.
Responsibilities
Lead design and implementation of enterprise-grade test automation frameworks.
Drive end-to-end automation including functional, regression, performance, and release validation.
Implement AI-driven testing solutions including test generation, defect triage, and risk-based testing.
Integrate quality gates into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing and release decisioning.
Define and track quality metrics, KPIs, and release health indicators.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and Dev Ops teams.
Mentor teams on automation, testing strategies, and AI-driven engineering practices.
Required Skills
10+ years of experience in Software or Quality Engineering.
5+ years in leadership roles.
Expertise in automation frameworks and CI/CD practices.
Strong programming skills in Java, Python, C#, or Java Script.
Experience with tools like Selenium, Playwright, Test Rail, Jenkins, Git.
Experience with observability and monitoring tools.
Experience with Gen AI and Agentic AI.
