Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Product Quality Manager. The responsibilities include planning and implementing quality assurance processes, conducting quality audits, managing quality control procedures, and ensuring compliance with quality standards throughout the production lifecycle. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues, improving product performance, and driving continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications
Strong expertise in Product Quality and Quality Control to ensure the highest industry standards are met.
Hands-on experience with Quality Assurance and Quality Management processes and methodologies.
Skilled in conducting Quality Auditing to monitor compliance and drive process improvements.
Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
Strong communication and team leadership skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
Familiarity with advanced manufacturing techniques and automation systems is a plus.
Bachelor‘s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field; certifications in quality management systems are desirable.
Background in automotive preferred
