Overview:
The Project Management business vertical is a specialized business within CBRE which partners with clients to deliver projects from “concept to completion” by implementing cost efficient, industry leading processes to optimize projects, minimize risk and create value.
As a member of this team, the position holder would be involved in assisting in the implementation of various business enablement platforms, making processes and reports while interacting with business leaders and members of the Project Management business across all markets within India.
Primary Responsibilities:
Gather data and develop critical reports along with reviewing key opportunities to drive business goals and initiatives.
Play a critical role in understanding business process and integrating these with existing technology platforms for the Project Management business.
Prepare, publish and provide commentary for standing reports and dashboards on time against daily, weekly, monthly, and annual deadlines.
Analyze large data sets and critically think about solutions to problems, strategies and outputs using fact-based quantitative analysis.
Continuously review business process to achieve greater institutionalization of business data.
Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and best practices though continuous improvement and learning.
Champion business technology tools like Salesforce, SharePoint, Tableau, Power BI or other similar CRM and BI platforms.
Engage, train, share and champion analytic and business intelligence tools and processes with other functions.
Self-Motivator with the ability to work autonomously while managing tasks and deadlines appropriately.
Ability to transform complex data into meaningful analysis for presenting to respective stakeholders
Basic Qualifications & Personal Attributes:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
3 – 5-year experience in analytics or similar role.
Very good communication skills.
Experience with Salesforce/SharePoint/Tableau/Visualizations or other CRM and business intelligence tools.
Demonstrated Excel/Access or other database modeling capabilities.
Excellent analytical, quantitative and problem solving skills.
Ability to articulate complex data and concepts both verbally and written in English.
Understanding of Six Sigma/Lean Methodologies.
Ability to think outside traditional approaches and evaluate implications on business.
Customer service oriented
Enthusiastic/High initiative
Ability to manage timelines
Very good attention to detail and ability to continuously follow-up
