The Business Head / Business Development Manager is responsible for increasing branches revenue and gross profit by leading the business development activities within the branches.
As an Business Head / Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for the creation and implementation of recruiting strategies and plans to consistently meet targets and grow market share.
As the Business Head / Business Development Manager, you will take the lead in opening new accounts and aid in the management of existing accounts.
In addition, you will be expected to establish and maintain relationships with assigned accounts while successfully promoting company services.
