Role Description
The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for all communication between Australian clients and the accountants. This role ensures smooth coordination of calls, emails, document flow, and administrative activities while maintaining a professional communication standard aligned with Australian accounting practices. The position requires exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and a strong customer service mindset.
Qualifications
- Experience with Receptionist Duties and general Clerical Skills to manage front desk operations and administrative tasks effectively
- 1–3 years of experience in reception, customer service, or administrative roles.
- Experience in an accounting KPO, BPO, or Australian client-facing environment is an advantage.
- Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members
- Proven Customer Service abilities to ensure a welcoming and positive experience for visitors and callers
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with office tools such as phone systems, email, and basic computer applications
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday (8:00 am – 5:30 pm) & Saturday (8:00 am to 12:30 pm).
