Job Summary: As a Receptionist at our computer shop you will be the first point of contact for our customers providing a warm welcome and ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience.
Your role is crucial in maintaining the shop’s reputation for outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities: Front Desk Management: Greet and assist customers as they enter the shop.
Answer and direct phone calls promptly and professionally.
Manage the flow of customers and maintain the reception area in a clean and organized manner.
Customer Service: Provide information on products services and promotions to customers.
Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or direct them to the appropriate person.
Assist customers with product purchases returns and exchanges.
Administrative Support: Schedule and confirm appointments for repairs or consultations.
Maintain and update customer records in the system.
Handle cash transactions process payments and issue receipts.
Manage inventory records and notify the management of stock levels.
Communication: Liaise with the technical team to ensure smooth communication between customers and technicians.
Notify customers about the status of their orders repairs or special orders.
Keep customers informed about any delays or issues with their services.
Additional Duties: Assist in sales activities during peak hours.
Provide general administrative support to the team as needed.
Help with basic troubleshooting or direct customers to the appropriate technical support.
