To drive the training and performance for the region Key Functional Responsibilities:1. Continuous evaluation and enhancement of Store Manager skill levels.
2. Implementation of specialized license programs for Shift Supervisors (SS) and Store Managers (SM).
3. Periodic refresher programs for Baristas and Buddy Trainers (BT) covering Coffee, Customer Experience (CX), Product knowledge, and Operations Processes.
4. Recognition and promotion of Buddy Trainers.
5. Assessment of the effectiveness of Buddy Trainers in the market.
6. Internal promotions for Shift Supervisors (SS) and Store Managers (SM).
7. Management Trainee (MT) program for nurturing future leaders.
8. Effective deployment of New Store Openings (NSO).
9. Effective deployment of new products, processes, and platforms.
10. Continuous commitment to achieving excellence in coffee quality.
11. Participation and success in coffee championships
12. New hire training
13. On-the-Job Training (OJT) for hands-on learning and skill development.
