Job Description: 1.Manage a successful sales support team and ensure that the team consistently meets orexceeds daily sales performance metrics2. Work with Sales Representatives to motivate and drive performance of the Sales Team.3. Drive Digital penetration.4. Consistently ensure that business is conducted with integrity at all times and that behaviouraligns5. Serve as the main point of contact for Sales Team and address calls for most generalbusiness issues; escalate to Head of Sales, as appropriate.6. Analyse performance metrics data and leverage it to effectively coach and develop the SalesSupport team7. Responsible for the development and implementation of new processes and procedures foreffective and efficient team operations.8. Act as a liaison/partner between the Sales Team and other internal customers.9. Remain knowledgeable of key processes, business initiatives and internal resources in orderto assist the sales team and recruitment in accomplishing company goals.10. Work closely with Marketing to create, implement, and track successful marketingcampaigns that maximize SSL visibility.11.
