The ideal candidate will prospect and close sales leads to help generate revenue for the company. They will also be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating the sales strategy. They will have strong management and coaching skills to support the learning and development of the sales team.

· Create regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives
· Build effective sales strategy of designated sales territories with a robust plan to forecast, meet the volume target and maintain the desired market share
· Appoint distributors and create a distribution network maintaining the TR and ensuring proper market execution.
· Take lead in distributor on-boarding to allow smooth transition
· Being the point of contact for distributors; monitoring product movement at distributors by taking weekly updates from SOs of stock and credit limits
· Effective & timely implementation of GTM strategy, Robust filed force monitoring system, people management and relationship Management
· Help in building an on-the-ground sales team to effectively increase the sales of the company's products in the designated territories
· Positioning new product line/brand/SKU in the assigned sales zone/markets by direct interaction with key retailers and through SOs


MBA with 12+ years of exp. in general trade from good FMCG Industry only.
Age within 45 years only.
