We are seeking a skilled D365 ERP Administrator to manage and maintain our Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP system. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Power Apps and Power Automate , along with knowledge of audit, litigation, and retail-specific industry requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer and maintain the D365 ERP system , ensuring smooth operation and system integrity.
Develop, customize, and optimize Power Apps and Power Automate solutions to enhance system efficiency.
Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues, collaborating with IT and business teams.
Manage user roles, permissions, and security settings within D365 ERP.
Provide support and training to end-users on system functionalities.
Generate reports and dashboards for business intelligence and decision-making.
Work closely with stakeholders to identify system improvements and automation opportunities.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in audit, litigation, and retail sectors.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience as a D365 ERP Administrator.
Strong knowledge of Power Apps and Power Automate.
Experience with audit, litigation, and retail industry processes.
Ability to troubleshoot and optimize ERP functionalities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification is a plus.
