Job Description:Partners’ Management · Execute the annual plan for the assigned geography through the assigned Partner by way of acquiring new business or servicing existing business. · Collaborate with the Partner to understand the need of the client and suggesting solution that is profitable as well as of the highest benefit to the Partner’s client. · Provide feedback to help customize reward plans or schemes that help drive business from a Partner. · Coordinate and liaison for implementation of Partner meet or similar platforms to closely engage with Partners and keep them interested in what BAGIC has to offer · Business intelligence on Motor, Motor Commercial Vehicle & Non-Motor Products at Partner’s platform · Must have handled Motor and CV Portfolio & Maintained Profitability · Must have handled Retail Health and SME Portfolio with Channel Partners and should have a sizeable book size 2. Internal Operations · Actively involved in the leg work right from receipt of RFQ to providing the best quote to Partner. · Ensure invoicing, in-warding, policy issuance, dispatch is done as per agreed timelines. · Actively involved in the leg work for best representation of a deal to the underwriters for the best quote · Resolve service issues in the best possible manner in coordination with cross functional team/s. Gathering Local Intelligence of market. Portfolio Management · Partner wise portfolio analysis to present segment growth/growth, profitable opportunities and risk levels. · Monitor and provide periodical MIS on market share at brokers, LOB mix, growth, etc. · Implement annual plan on effective portfolio allocation at each Partner to drive profitability · As per the claims data and recommendations shared by RA, work on course correction measures with the IMDs · Meet with new Partners and make presentations to potential one for new business and accounts · Keep a tab on claims ratio to make curse corrections and ensure profitability · Review with Partner weekly to push them to do new businessSkills Required:Good understanding of general insurance business principlespractices and operational functions. •Strong analyticalproblem solvingproject management and organizational skills. •Possess ability to understand criteria needed and make decisions. •Strong communication and interaction skills. •Enthusiasmproactivenessability to listenadaptabilityanalytical capabilities and inter-personal skills as essential qualities to succeed in this position. •Proficiency in EnglishDesirable Skills:1. Good communication skills. 2.Flexible & adaptable to change. 3.Well versed with MS Office. 4.Should have good analytical and problem-solving skills. 5.Should be aware of the Local language.
