Responsibilities : - Software engineering expertise (development, refactoring, debugging).

- Design and develop high quality, testable and scalable software routines and solutions which support the enterprise Identity & access management program while adhering to CIS best practices.

- Ensures quality through functional, unit and performance testing.

- Maintains accountability for the life cycle of the code (write, modify, maintain, debug, optimize, update) including support for both internal and external consumers.

- Diagnoses and resolves user and operational problems with software.

- Partner with CIS architects to develop applications within reference architecture and software strategies.

- Maintains business and compliance expectations around Identity & Account Management processes.

- Implements customer & business driven identity requirements.

Additional Requirements : - Experience with Sail Point Identity IQ.

- 2 years of direct experience with IDM/IAM/IGA disciplines including RBAC, managed workflows, and task auditability.

- Performs primary responsibilities on one or more large projects independently.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to think analytically and effectively communicate issues and solutions.

- Ability to work independently and within a team.

- General knowledge of software development tools, methodologies, and principles.

- Knowledge of federated identity systems, directory services, role-based access control, multi-factor authentication, and SSO & related standards (e.g.

SAML, OAUTH, OIDC, NTLM, LDAP, Kerberos, etc.).

Other Preferred Qualifications : - Experience in a highly regulated industry (e.g.

Financial Services, Government, Energy, Healthcare) and familiarity with compliance obligations required to participate in such a field.

- Technology experience in Okta, Active Directory, Azure AD, or other IAM technologies.

- Programming experience in Java, Python, or other server-side scripting technologies (ref:hirist.tech)
