Role Overview:
As a Business Development Sales Executive , you’ll be responsible for driving the growth of the company by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and closing sales deals. You will have the chance to earn performance-based incentives, allowing you to significantly increase your earnings as you contribute to the company’s success.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and target new business prospects through various channels (calls, emails, social media, networking).
Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions to meet those needs.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Negotiate deals and close sales in line with company goals.
Maintain a pipeline of prospects and report regularly on sales activities.
Work closely with the team to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction post-sale.
Stay updated on market trends and competitor activity.
Key Requirements:
0-2 years of experience in sales or business development (freshers are welcome to apply).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
A self-driven, goal-oriented individual with a passion for sales.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with CRM tools or a willingness to learn.
Previous experience in [industry] is a plus, but not required.
