Job Overview We are seeking a Mid-Level Component Sales Executive with a Diploma in Electrical for our Hyderabad location.
This is a full-time position requiring 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales efforts and building lasting relationships with clients.
Qualifications and Skills Proven experience in lead generation with exceptional ability to identify and qualify sales opportunities (Mandatory skill).
Strong negotiation skills, capable of closing deals and managing objections effectively (Mandatory skill).
Expertise in customer relationship management to maintain a healthy pipeline of client connections (Mandatory skill).
Familiarity with Salesforce CRM for efficient management and tracking of sales processes and client interactions.
Experience in B2 B sales with a focus on building and maintaining business relationships.
Proficient in account management to support and grow client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Ability to perform market analysis, providing insights into industry trends and competitor activities.
Skilled in sales strategy development to formulate plans that meet company sales targets and objectives.
Roles and Responsibilities Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive company sales and growth targets.
Identify new sales opportunities through lead generation efforts and convert leads into sales.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and foster new client relationships to expand the customer base.
Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities.
Collaborate with the sales team to establish goals, analyze performance metrics, and improve overall sales processes.
Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Negotiate and close sales deals ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for both the company and clients.
