Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with experience in luxury real estate projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the complete sales cycle, from pre-sales activities to deal closure, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
Key Responsibilities
Handle the complete sales process, from pre-sales to closing.
Understand client requirements and provide suitable luxury property options.
Conduct site visits and property presentations.
Follow up with leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Negotiate and close deals effectively to achieve sales targets.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing of bookings and documentation.
Build and maintain relationships with clients and channel partners.
Required Skills & Qualifications
2 to 6 years of experience in luxury real estate sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Good understanding of the real estate market.
Ability to manage end-to-end sales independently.
Bachelor’s degree in any field.
