Role Overview
We are looking for dynamic Sales Interns to support De Haat Centre onboarding and drive farmer engagement activities on the ground. This role involves field work, direct interaction with farmers, and supporting expansion initiatives.
Duration: 2 Months
Location: Uttar Pradesh (Bulandshahr, Rampur, Baghpat, Mathura, Hathras, Firozabad/Etah, Aligarh)
Key Responsibilities Support onboarding of new De Haat Centres in assigned regions Assist in conducting farmer outreach and engagement activities. Drive awareness about De Haat services and offerings
Collect field-level data and share insights with the team
Ensure smooth execution of on-ground sales and activation initiatives
Eligibility Criteria
Immediate joiners with a background in Agriculture (B. Sc. Agri/ M. Sc./ MBA- Agribusiness) will be preferred
Willingness to travel extensively within Uttar Pradesh
Comfortable with fieldwork and interacting with farmers
Skills Required
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of sales / field operations
Proactive and adaptable attitude
