Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Officer to join our team at Rajsi Infin Consultants Private Limited. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, acquiring customers, and driving sales for our financial products and services. The role demands strong interpersonal skills, customer relationship management, and the ability to achieve targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential customers and generate leads for financial products.
Promote and sell loan products, credit facilities, and other financial services offered by the company.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients/DSA
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competition.
Meet assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
Assist customers in documentation and loan processing.
Follow up with clients to ensure timely loan repayments and maintain portfolio quality.
Collaborate with internal teams for smooth processing and approvals.
Provide regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: 1-3 years in sales, preferably in NBFC, Banking, or Financial Services.
Strong knowledge of financial products such as loans, credit services, and investment options.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development.
