Job Description:
The Inside Sales person will focus on customer acquisition. This position involves cold calling new potential clients, client business referrals, or web leads. Provide prospective customers/clients with all services offered, and additional presentations as needed. Work with Sales Team to create solutions for their needs and consult through the sales process. Must be energetic, well-spoken, and eager to close sales and increase revenue.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Cold calling;
making multiple outbound calls to potential clients - Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support
- Researching potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources
- Managing the day to day activities of the team from lead cutting to allocation
- Understanding and bringing up strategies for calling.
- Qualifying leads from digital campaigns, conferences, references, tradeshows, etc.
- Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients
- Good understanding of usage of Linked In Sales Navigator and Sales CRM, preferably Oracle
- Presenting and delivering information to potential clients
- Answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions
- Working with sales team when closing the sale
- Tracking weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics
- Building pipelines with channel partners and team members to close sales
- Maintaining database (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information
- Closing sales and working with clients through closing process
- Generates revenue by soliciting and obtaining orders, understanding and interpreting technical requirements, providing technical information, and developing accounts.
- Assesses competitors by analyzing and summarizing competitor information and trends and identifying sales opportunities.
- Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts, soliciting new accounts, building rapport, providing technical information and explanations, and preparing quotations
- Should have good re-searching skills
- Closes new accounts by answering the telephone, fax, and e-mail inquiries and verifying and entering information.
- Develops accounts by checking customers’ buying history, suggesting related and new items, and explaining technical features.
- Maintains and improves quality results by following standards and recommending improved policies and procedures.
- Explores opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Skills required:
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Intimate knowledge of presentation programs such as Power Point, Google Slides, Prezi and Keynote, Adobe Acrobat, etc.
- Have a good eye for design and aesthetics to create well thought out presentations
- Excellent time management and organizational skills - Ability to work under pressure and handle a wide range of tasks and projects at the same time
- An understanding of the latest trends, styles, formats, templates, etc.. within the national and global corporate environment
- Professional approach to time, costs and deadlines and strict adherence to decided deadlines
- Comfortable making cold calls and talking to new people all-day
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers - Persuasive and goal-oriented

Previous experience in an outbound call centre, inside sales experience, or related sales experience preferred
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Power Point, Outlook, and Excel) and CRM/Salesforce experience preferred Healthcare experience will be an advantage
