About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Saa S Sales Specialist with 6-7 years of experience to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of selling Saa S solutions to the US market, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the sales lifecycle in the B2 B space.


Key Responsibilities:


Sales Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and execute a robust sales plan to achieve revenue targets for Saa S products in the US market.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.

Client Engagement:

  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders in target organizations.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and customized sales pitches that address client pain points.

Pipeline Management:

  • Use CRM tools to manage the sales pipeline, track leads, and forecast sales performance.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and closure of deals.

Market Understanding:

  • Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and industry dynamics in the US Saa S space.
  • Leverage insights to refine sales approaches and address customer needs effectively.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Provide feedback to the product team to enhance offerings based on client requirements.


Key Requirements:


Experience:

  • 6-7 years of B2 B Saa S sales experience, with at least 3+ years focusing on the US market.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue targets consistently.

Skills:

  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of the Saa S sales cycle, including lead generation, qualification, and closure.
  • Proficient in using CRM platforms such as Fresh Sales, Salesforce, Hub Spot, or similar tools.

Attributes:

  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in overlapping time zones for US client engagement.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based solutions, AI, or emerging Saa S technologies.
  • Prior experience in inside sales or enterprise sales targeting US businesses.
