We are looking for a talented Chef De Partie to join our kitchen and help us continue to push the boundaries of exceptional cuisine and service.

Consistently offers professional, engaging and friendly service.
Take charge of designated kitchen in the absence of the Senior Chef de partie.
Conduct daily shift briefings to kitchen colleagues in absence of Senior Chef de partie.
Promote a Fun/ Professional and Disciplined work environment.
Support/Coach/Lead & Motivate kitchen colleagues.
Actively share ideas, opinions & suggestions in daily shift briefings.
Ensure storeroom requisitions are accurate to minimize repeat visits.
Ensure all kitchen colleagues are aware of standards & expectations.
Promote Health and Safety at all times.
Ensure proper hygiene as per the FSMS standard.
Ensure all grooming, spot check and temperature control sheets are filled as required.
Maintain cleanliness and proper rotation of product in all chillers.
Minimize wastage/ spoilage.
Maintain consistent on the job training sessions for culinary colleagues.
Liaison daily with colleagues to keep open lines of communication & guest feedback.
Strives to maintain & improve all food preparations & presentations.
Performs any other reasonable duties as required by the Head Chef.

Required Qualifications:
HSC or Bachelor's degree in related field.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in cooking.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
