- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals, to identify and attract talent with the required experience.
- Screening and Assessment: Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit with our organization.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and team leaders.
- Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates, providing smooth and professional candidate experience.
- Talent Pipeline Development: Continuously build and maintain a pipeline of qualified sales candidates for future hiring needs.
- Data and Reporting: Keep accurate records of the recruitment process and provide regular reports on recruitment metrics.
Technical skills
- 1 months to 5 years of experience in recruitment of Non-IT domain
- a self motivated person and passionate for sourcing and then closing the positions within TAT with quality resource.
