Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced SAP Vistex Functional Analyst to join us on a 12-month contractual basis. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP Vistex, solid knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA, and strong configuration and customization capabilities.
Desired Skills:
1. SAP Vistex Expertise:
- In-depth Knowledge: Strong understanding of the configuration, processes, and interconnections within the SAP Vistex module.
- Integration Points: Solid grasp of how Vistex integrates with other SAP modules such as Materials Management, Sales and Distribution, and Production Planning.
2. SAP S/4 HANA Familiarity:
- Next-Generation ERP: Familiarity with SAP S/4 HANA, leveraging the SAP HANA in-memory database.
- Real-Time Processing: Knowledge of supporting end-to-end business processes and real-time analytics.
- SAP Fiori Interface: Understanding of the modern, user-friendly interface that enhances productivity.
3. Customization and Configuration:
- Tailored Solutions: Ability to customize SAP Vistex solutions to meet specific business requirements while following SAP best practices.
- Stability & Upgradeability: Ensure system stability and smooth upgrade paths by adhering to SAP guidelines.
4. Data Management Skills:
- Effective Strategies: Implement robust data management using tools like SAP Data Intelligence.
- System Integration: Ensure seamless integration with other systems using SAP Cloud Platform Integration Suite.
Desired Experience:
- Overall: Minimum 6+ years of experience as an SAP Vistex Functional Analyst.
- Implementation & Support: At least 4 years of experience leading full-cycle implementations as well as support projects.
- Configuration Expertise: Minimum 3 years of experience in configuration, processes, and interconnections within the SAP Vistex module.
- SD Integration: Proficiency in Sales and Distribution module integrations with Materials Management, Production Planning, and Financial Accounting.
- Lead to Cash Process: Experience in streamlining and automating sales-specific business processes, including creating sales documents that capture essential data and manage the complete transaction flow.
- CRM & Finance Components: Familiarity with other components of the SAP Lead to Cash process such as Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Global Trade Services (GTS), Commissions, and Advanced Returns Management (ARM), along with a solid understanding of accounting business processes.
- Soft Skills: Results-oriented mindset, adaptability, flexibility, and strong problem-solving capabilities.
Educational Qualifications & Certifications:
- Degree: Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
Preferred Certifications:
- SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP Sales and Distribution
- Vistex Add-On for SAP ERP 6.0
