The individual will be part of the digital initiatives supporting Indirect Procurement function and act as a techno-functional leader across various systems including SAP Ariba, Fieldglass etc. with a hands-on style in partnership with other teams. The individual should have experience in SAP Ariba business processes and platform implementations including integrations, working across multiple teams in a large multinational corporation or in other complex environments.Essential Job Functions: Serve as a key member of the Digital Technology team participating and supporting digital projects in the Indirect Procurement space, acting as liaison between corporate and business unit teams and third parties, to orchestrate digital projects that enable the functions.Act as the technical product owner for digital solutions including integrations solutions with the objective of executing projects/ enhancement requestions to meet the required standard of quality, ensuring business success and managing stakeholder expectations.Partner with our software and service suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality, cost-effective solutions and support ongoing operations to ensure enterprise applications are performing as expected and meeting business requirements.Provide expert level configuration and functional knowledge in designing and maintaining our digital solutionsManage Application Management Support as a Lead in Incidents, Change Requests and Service Requests.Conducts and participates in user requirements gathering, blueprinting & documentation designs.Demonstrate creative 'out of the box' thinking to solve difficult problems and champion new technologies to achieve project goals.Independently responsible for technology within his/her area of expertise on multiple projects. Demonstrate mastery across a wide range of technologies and platforms related to software design and development.Qualifications: Strong experience in SAP Ariba, Fieldglass and other Indirect Procurement solutions with large global enterprises.Experience with SAP Ariba SLP module is preferred.Experience with integrations to backend ERPs (SAP ECC, S/4) using CIGGood understanding of overall P2P business processesThe candidate should have 6-9 years’ experience in SAP Ariba Indirect Procurement modulesMinimum 2 full life cycle global implementations (prior experience defining/implementing worldwide solutions across multiple legal entities in a highly complex systems and project environment) including hands-on design and configurationMust be good with SAP Ariba day-to-day support activities.Designs solution specific to business process outcomes and understands how to develop and integrate a proposed solution into a customer's existing business and technical environment.Strong knowledge in dealing with integration errors & trouble shootingStrong Partner team management and stakeholder managementAbility to communicate with key business partners clearly and succinctly is essential, including senior executives.Good understanding of system design and business strategy and ability to translate strategy into viable technology solutions.Excellent written, visual, and oral communication skills are essential with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.Project Management experience with knowledge in Agile, Waterfall and DevOps methodologies.Demonstrates leadership, collaboration, hands-on approach, and the ability to succeed in a fast-paced, matrixed company.Able to identify, communicate and escalate the impact of project gaps, issues and risks, to ensure project priorities meet critical business needs and timelines.Strong troubleshooting skills and demonstrates ability to perform root cause analysis.International experience is a plus.Carrier is An Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
