SAP ABAP -HR Technical Consultant

Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in SAP ECC HCM ABAP development and ABAP Workflow with demonstration experience in taking ownership and ensuring high quality solutions
Strong understanding of Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), and Benefits Administration modules
Experience with HR info-types with the demonstrated experience in designing custom extensions.
Experience with SAP IDoc processing and interfaces with third party benefits providers
Experience with SAP ODATA V4 APIs and RESTful API programming.
Demonstrated understanding of ESS/MSS
2+ years of experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
Preferred Qualifications
Media & Entertainment experience would be ideal
SAP Certified Development – ABAP with SAP Net Weaver 7.5
SAP Certified Application – SAP HCM with ERP Experience with BTP CAPM and RAPM programming
Experience with Success Factors and understanding of EC (Employee Central)
Knowledge of implementing AI and ML solutions in SAP data space
SAP Certified Associate – SAP Integration Suite (CPI)
Experience with SAP API management in SAP Integration Suite.
Experience with JS, React JS, CSS, HTML, Groovy Scripts and CI/CD pipeline tools.
