✅ Required Skills & Qualifications
7+ years of hands-on SAP Payroll configuration experience (ECP or HCM) with a strong U. S. focus
Proven expertise in:
Tax model setup & BSI Tax Factory integration
Wage type configuration & payroll catalog
GL posting configuration
Gross-up & off-cycle payroll processing
Garnishments
Month-end accruals
3+ full lifecycle SAP Payroll implementations
