This will be a hands-on job with the head contributing as well.

Coordinating and managing the Data Collection executives Accomplish the organization's goals and objectives Prepares performance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.

Willing to work with challenged people   Requirements Qualifications : Any Graduate Work Experience in BPO Sector (Preferred)   Must have team leadership experience.
