Job Description Monthly Service Review with Partners involving GSMC to ensure end customer services will be resolved faster (Dom., Intl. & IP1-Dark Fiber Vendors) Monthly KPI Score Cards to cover life cycle from Service Delivery, Service Assurance & Ease of business involving presales – feasibility experience, responsiveness during escalation. Maintain high level of visibility within Partner accounts and establish trusting relationships. Governing & controlling fault due to third Party Attribution. Involve Problem Management to control Repeat Fault.​​​​​​ Reducing the count of Partners by Consolidation / migration of links, to ease manageability. Digitization of Manual task – Score card creation Required Qualification & Experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent with Excellent academic credentials. 10+ years' experience in the telecom Industry with at least 4+ years of Partnership/Vendor management, or any other relevant experience. Ability to communicate with influence and impact, effectively conveying insights, a clear point of view and recommendations in ways that inspire action and advance business strategy.
