Key Responsibilities: Design intuitive and user-centric interfaces for applications built on the Force.com platform.
Collaborate with product managers, Salesforce developers, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into effective UI/UX solutions.
Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity visual designs.
Conduct user research and usability testing to iterate and improve design solutions.
Maintain consistency and usability across screens and modules.
Required Skills:8 years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably with experience on Force.com or Salesforce platforms.
Proficiency with tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.
Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and design principles.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative working style.
Nice to Have: Experience with Salesforce Lightning components or Salesforce certifications.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
