We’re Hiring: Director of Quality (Healthcare RCM) Location: India | Industry: Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Are you a seasoned leader passionate about driving excellence in quality management? We are seeking a Director of Quality to lead and elevate our quality assurance initiatives across a multi-location RCM environment.
Key Responsibilities: Build and lead a high-performing Quality team aligned with client requirements and business goals.
Define and monitor key Quality metrics to consistently meet or exceed SLAs and performance benchmarks.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations and Client Success teams to identify and address process inefficiencies.
Drive continuous improvement by identifying gaps and implementing process enhancements for both new and established workflows.
Lead strategic quality improvement initiatives and ensure timely project delivery.
Represent the Quality function in internal and external review forums.
What We’re Looking For: 15+ years of experience in the Healthcare RCM industry, with a strong background in both acute and ambulatory settings.
Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing large-scale quality operations.
Proven expertise in project management, analytics, and performance-driven decision-making.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Six Sigma certification preferred.
