On time and error free reporting of all performance reports
Analysis and intelligence from data by looking at trends
Real time flagging of issues by looking at data
Research and come up with innovative solutions for Business improvement
Data warehousing for all performance metrics across region
Ensure that all the automation requirements are identified
Enhance skill & knowledge of self through training & acquire the necessary certifications
Facilitate Service Level Agreement (SLA) compliance in all VAC’s and avoid service penalties as applicable
Judicious use of natural resources
Shall adhere to environment health and safety policy/objectives and guidelines of the organization Indicative KRA’s/Budgetary and Revenue Responsibilities
SLA Management & Reporting
Resource management Capacity planning for all Regions and review of plans
Ontime and Accurate reporting to external and internal stakeholders
Customer and Client Satisfaction
Small scale excel / Power BI Automations Qualification & Experience (Education, Experience, specific knowledge, skills, understanding, attitude)Education: Minimum: Graduate or Global Equivalent degree with certification in data analytics and reporting
Experience: Min 2 – 6 years of experience in Business intelligence and MIS/reporting Knowledge & Key Skills:
Advance knowledge and hands-on experience of BA tools like Power BI
Proficiency with MSoffice with sound knowledge (complex formulae, VBA macro, Power Queries etc) of Excel
Should be able to present data in a meaningful full way in Excel reports, Power Point presentations or Power BI Dashboard
Pleasant disposition, comfortable to interact with people from different cultures and levels, feedback skills, leadership skills
