This also includes Data Analytics and Automation opportunities Buying is the start of our business cycle we build and support systems that we use to source, select, negotiate and procure products our customers treasure.

You will be a part of a fully integrated agile team that is empowered to make decisions and look for improvements of how you get your work done.

You will design, build, test and deliver software solutions that align to our business value.

You will work with various stakeholders both inside our team and the broader TJX organization to refine ideas and provide options to solve problems.

You will be laser focused on the quality and goodness of what we deliver and how we deliver it.

Responsibilities: Leading the planning and execution of work for your scrum teams (Program Increment and Sprint planning) Understanding timelines of delivering your teams Features Facilitating and tracking the teams progress towards reaching planned Sprint and PI goals (including logging risks/issues/dependencies and thinking about mitigations) by reviewing team burndowns Running regular Retrospectives to identify bottlenecks that hinder the team and other areas of improvements the team can make (and also ensuring there are owners and plans for all action points) Eliminating blockers/impediments through effective engagement and conversation with people inside and outside of the team Ensuring the team follow official SOX and audit compliance processes and procedures to mitigate issues being deployed into Production Completing and submitting deployment documentation (Service Now and MKS) on behalf of the team and coordinate with the Enterprise Change Management team Supporting Feature refinement sessions, coaching teams to break down story point work in the most effective way Ensuring goals & scope are understood (through the Product Owner) and can be fulfilled by team members Ensuring teams are identifying enablers internal and external dependencies (and the ability to understand how these dependencies impact the overall plan to deliver a Feature) Collaborating with Product Owner, customers and developers to identify and clarify scope of problems/issues in terms of business/systems requirements and processes Supporting the teams efforts to continuously improve communications and relationships with other delivery teams; represent the team in the Scrum of Scrums (So S), helping the team remain aware of engagement opportunities and program effectiveness Requirements: Minimum qualifications: Overall 4 years of experience with minimum of 2 years as a Project Manager / Scrum Master Proactive and can do attitude with the drive to deliver Willingness (and aptitude) to understand the subject matter of what your teams are delivering Ability to collaborate well with a wide variety of people Strong oral (presentation conversational communication) and written skills Strong number years of experience as a scrum master of 1 or more teams in an IT environment Must have experience in a SAFe IT delivery model Must have the ability to work with JIRA, Confluence, Mural and Service Now Must have the ability to influence deadlines to internal teams and external partners Preferred Qualifications: SAFE Agile Certifications are a plus Supporting Azure and Microsoft.
