Description • Practical experience with a wide variety of software engineering tasks • Collaborating hand-in-hand with skilled teams of software engineers • Shadowing, mentoring, and training opportunities with seasoned professionals • Code like developers and design frameworks like an architect in automation domain using Selenium, TestNG, Jmeter, RestAssured, Shell scripting and much more Responsibilities • Document and test new software applications • Assess new application ideas • Research competitor offerings • Work with wide variety of automation frameworks and tools • Adherence to policies, standards, and frameworks (ex. SDLC, Change • Management, Risk & Security) • Solid, reliable judgement and can make effective risk-value decisions under ambiguous and/or difficult circumstances • Identifying opportunities to improve the quality and effectiveness of change, in parallel to promoting an open and inclusive environment • Knowledge of numerous well documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach (example: numerous Burndown techniques, numerous Retrospective formats, handling bugs, etc). • Supporting and educating the Product Owner, especially with respect to grooming and maintaining the product backlog.
