Senior Associate, Gurugram

Responsibilities: -

• Collaborate with the investment team on live infrastructure equity transactions.
• Actively coordinate due diligence of transactions (e.g., financial, technical, legal, tax).
• Update and run scenarios on our internal pricing model for submitting transport as a service offering to large commercial fleet users.
• Assist in preparing bid materials, including Requests for Proposals (Rf Ps) and workshop materials.
• Draft materials for investment committee reviews.
• Aid the investment team in screening processes.
• Participate in research, thought leadership activities, and data analysis.

Experience and Skills: -

• Strong numerical background and proficiency in Excel.
• Direct experience of having worked on cashflow models and familiarity with valuation metrics
• Excellent written and presentation abilities.
• Solutions-oriented, capable of working independently with minimal guidance, and a team player.
• Adaptable in an evolving field and enthusiastic about new developments.
• Motivated and flexible, with the ability to critically analyze new ideas and projects.
• Prior experience in investment banking, transport, logistics, infrastructure, asset-backed lending, private equity is highly desirable.
• Interest in transport, energy transition and decarbonization is beneficial.
