About Us We’re building a B2 B Saa S platform for regulatory compliance , where security, correctness, and data integrity are critical.
What You’ll Do Backend (60%)
Build high-performance REST APIs in Go (chi, pgx – no ORM)
Design Postgre SQL schemas, migrations & RLS for multi-tenant systems
Work with Kafka & Redis for scalable event-driven systems
Ensure auditability and cryptographic data integrity
Infrastructure (25%)
Manage Azure-based deployments & Docker environments
Maintain monitoring (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki)
Own production deployments, rollbacks & incident handling
Testing & Security (15%)
Write unit & integration tests
Enforce strong security practices (PII protection, encryption, validation)
Must Have Strong Go experience in production (concurrency, context, error handling)
Deep Postgre SQL knowledge (indexing, query tuning, EXPLAIN ANALYZE)
Comfortable with raw SQL (pgx)
Solid Linux + Docker fundamentals
Cloud experience (Azure preferred / AWS acceptable)
Ownership mindset — you build it, you run it
Good to Have Kafka & Redis advanced usage
CI/CD (Git Hub Actions)
Basic Rust understanding
Compliance or privacy domain exposure
