Job Title: SAP Coupa Consultant (Contract – Remote)
Location: Remote (Work from Home)
Type: Contract
Work Hours: EST Time Zone (5:30 PM – 1:00 AM IST)
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SAP Coupa solutions.
- Configure and implement Coupa modules (Procure-to-Pay, Supplier Management, Invoicing, etc.).
- Integrate Coupa with SAP ERP systems and other third-party platforms.
- Manage user access, security, and workflow configuration in Coupa.
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and resolution for Coupa-related issues.
- Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and support end-user training.
- Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and user guides.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards in a remote delivery environment.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with Coupa implementation and support.
- Strong understanding of SAP ERP integration with Coupa.
- Proficiency in Procure-to-Pay (P2 P) processes and supplier onboarding.
- Experience working in remote, global teams.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Availability to work remotely during EST business hours (5:30 PM – 1:00 AM IST).
Nice to Have:
- Coupa certification.
- Experience with middleware tools (e.g., Dell Boomi, Mule Soft) for integration.
