As a Senior Engineer at TJX India, you will work with the EDA Data Foundation Cloud team that delivers advanced analytics platforms in cloud for other analytics product teams.

Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and manage scalable, cloud-based data platforms leveraging Azure Cloud technologies.

Develop and optimize data pipelines and infrastructure to support enterprise-level analytics.

Implement and maintain Azure Databricks, Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS), Snowflake, and other cloud-based data platforms.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues within Azure Cloud environments, ensuring high availability, scalability, and performance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data solutions aligned with business needs and objectives.

Support business intelligence platforms (e.g., Power BI, Databricks, Snowflake) from a platform management perspective.

Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as YAML, Python, and Power Shell, while ensuring adherence to Dev Ops best practices like Git Flow.

Drive Dev Ops adoption by building and automating CI/CD solutions for platform deployment and operations.

Work closely with the operations team to automate processes and ensure a smooth transition of operational responsibilities.

What You will Need (Minimum Qualifications): Azure Cloud Expertise: In-depth knowledge of cloud infrastructure setup, integration, and troubleshooting on the Azure platform.

Azure Databricks: At least 2 years of experience with Azure Databricks as platform engineer.

Scripting Knowledge: Proficiency in Python, or similar scripting languages, for automation and process optimization.

Data Security Awareness: Solid understanding of data encryption, Identity and Access Management (IAM), and role-based access controls in the cloud.

Solution Design & Implementation: Experience in designing and implementing cloud-based data solutions is highly desirable.

Dev Ops Tools Experience: Proficient with Dev Ops tools such as Azure Dev Ops, Git Hub Actions, or similar platforms.

Agile Methodologies: Experience working in Agile and Scrum environments.

Hybrid Solutions: Familiarity with hybrid cloud strategies for integrating legacy systems during cloud migration initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, Mathematics, a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

Experience in building enterprise analytics solutions and leveraging Azure cloud & On-Prem architecture.

Experience in data platform management as it relates to enterprise data and analytics.
